Seth enjoys helping people successfully sell their homes and purchase their dream home. Utilizing his creativity, knowledge and tenacity, Seth takes an enthusiastic and diligent approach to each transaction. Striving to always maintain trust and confidence, he continuously gives his clients the highest level of dedication and commitment. Seth serves his community in and around Bakersfield, as well as San Luis Obispo County Central Coast, where he spent his younger years soaking in all that the area has to offer. When he isn’t helping clients, he is spending time with his wife, four children, and pup, Kobe Bryant. Seth enjoys restoring vintage road bicycles, building custom drums and if the weather is right, ripping runs at China Peak.
